Our mission is to understand biology at the atomic scale by revealing the structures of macromolecular assemblies. We currently focus on:
1. Dynamic protein complexes involved in DNA double-strand break repair, aiming to uncover their molecular mechanisms and functions in plants.
2. Stable protein complexes involved in microtubule organisation, particularly those associated with centrosomes and cilia, to understand how they contribute to cellular architecture and function.
Through these studies, we seek to elucidate fundamental biological mechanisms, with the long-term goal of advancing the health and resilience of living organisms.
